Sayem, the Founder of Airwrk, is a dedicated entrepreneur who has positively influenced Bangladesh's technology industry. Through launching Airwrk, the nation's first international talent marketplace, he has not only boosted the country's export earnings but also supported the professional growth of over 4,000 individuals. In his previous role as Co-founder and COO of Alpha Bangladesh, Sayem played a key role in developing one of the country's leading food and beverage brands and pioneered innovative projects in the event and food sectors. His experience spans across fashion retail and consultancy, reflecting his versatility and commitment to creative business solutions.
A graduate of the Institute of Business Administration at the University of Dhaka, Sayem's educational journey is filled with achievements and a deep-rooted interest in social causes, particularly in the areas of technology and workplace diversity. He is also an alumnus of the US Department of State. Sayem's experience in talent acquisition is extensive, having interviewed over 1,000 candidates and hired more than 400 for various positions.
